A native of Detroit, Michigan, Ursula was on a mission to never let anything or anyone get her down. With her faith and trust in God, she knew she could be and do anything that she set her mind to do. She attended what is now known as Rochester University in pursuit of a degree in Business Administration and Finance, leading her to work in various corporate management positions. In 1998, she extended her administrative talents to the field of education. Moving to California with her husband and daughter in 2001, she continued in education with a commitment to helping students achieve their goals and dreams.
Ursula has always loved to help others! In 2012 she started her own Consulting Business called 3110 (31 Ten Consulting and Bookkeeping) which provides business consulting, bookkeeping and administrative services. With over 39 years in accounting and tax preparation and over 24 years of corporate management, she has garnered a wealth of experience. With this experience, she is committed to the service of informing, helping and educating others wherever she sees the need. As an entrepreneur, she has spent several years serving as a volunteer and mentoring young ladies as they pursue their educational goals and helping them to realize their purpose. Her big heart to love and help others combined with her passion for motivating young girls, was the reason Ursula founded L.A.D.I.E.S. (Leading Advancing Developing Individuals to Empower Success). L.A.D.I.E.S. is an organization that helps ladies of all ages to realize their potential and place them on the path towards their true destiny. Maintaining a full schedule, she still finds time to volunteer and serve her community. This level of dedication was recognized as she was inducted as a Honored Member of Who’s Who (Executives, Professionals & Entrepreneurs), 2013-2014 edition, presented by Worldwide Branding.
Ursula’s greatest honor is to serve her family. The love and support from her husband and family, fuels and strengthens her to continue to make a difference in the lives of as many women as possible.
